Step 1: Go to schoolaide.csbn.edu.ph
- Click "CRE?ATE ACCOUNT"
- Enter your ACTIVE EMAIL ADDRESS and ACCOUNT NAME
- Click "SIGN UP" a verification email will be sent to your email address
Step 2: In the DASHBOARD, click ENROLLMENT
Click "Add Student Ap?plication" choose "OLD STUDENT"
Step 3: Complete the online APPLICATION
Step 4: Payment
After payment is confirmed, a Certificate of Enrollment (COE) and Official Receipt (OR) will be available in your SchoolAide account after 3 business days.

Checking of requirement at the Registrar Office and pay the Entrance Exam fee of Php 400 at the Accounting Office.

REQUIREMENTS
- A photocopy of the Learner’s CSBN Registration Form.
- A photocopy of an updated Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration of the vehicle. (For E-Bike owner, kindly, bring the Photocopy of the Original Sales Invoice)
- A photocopy of an ID (Driver’s License) of the vehicle owner.

PLEASE, be INFORMED that the PURPOSE of the CSBN VEHICLE STICKER is to ensure the safety & security of all CSBN stakeholders.
